The goal of Holistic Fitness is to promote health and well-being in both the body and mind. By incorporating all the fundamentals of fitness with individual and group sessions, our clients are well prepared for the fullness of life.
All of our training programs, whether in a group or one-on-one setting, incorporate the five components of fitness: nutrition, supplementation, cardiovascular training, resistance training, and a workable plan. Because we believe education is the key to empowerment, we make sure our clients are equipped with the information they need to succeed in their quest to fitness.
Holistic Fitness provides a variety of services, which include one-on-one personal training, group exercise classes, and the Free to
be Fit five-week workshop. Whether you are seeking an individualized program, or wanting support from a group, Holistic Fitness has the
