My passion for fitness began at the age of sixteen with my very first job at the front desk of a gym. I remember watching aerobics instructors come in and out and me dreaming that one day I would teach classes of my own. Since then, I have not been able to shake my love for exercise and its affect on people.
I began teaching group exercise my freshmen year in college to earn extra cash. I wanted to learn all I could about exercise so I got certified in Group exercise and kickboxing. After graduating my aerobics career was no longer a hobby but a passion. In order to take my love for fitness to another dimension, I became a certified personal trainer.
Personal training has become one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. To me there is nothing more exciting than being the catalyst to someone reaching their goals. I love what I do because I change lives, and in turn those lives change me. Holistic fitness was birthed out of a desire to see people fit, both inside and out.
