The Free to be Fit Workshops combine both
spiritual principles and fitness by looking health and wellness from a biblical perspective.
This five-week course meets once per week,
exploring the original curriculum written by the Holistic Fitness Founder, Dionne Ross. The forty-five minute discussion is followed by a forty-five minute aerobics class. We will start the class off by learning our starting statistics, and establishing goals. Throughout the course of the series, we will cover topics including nutrition, supplementation, self-esteem, and God’s Will concerning Health.
This is perfect for Church or youth groups wanting to learn about God’s heart for health.
The five week course is $50 per person, which must be paid in full prior to beginning the series. There must be a
minimum of 8 people enrolled to start a series.
